Purpose and scope
Heat meters TS.TMK-N are designed for measuring and recording the parameters of coolant and thermal energy in water heating systems of various configurations. They are used in metering units for producers and consumers of thermal energy and coolant, as well as in automated systems for collecting and monitoring process parameters.
Heat meters TS.TMK-N consist of commercially produced measuring instruments included in the State Register of Measurements: primary flow transducers of various operating principles (including water meters), pressure, temperature converters and heat calculators of various designs (TMK-N, VKT-7, SPT941, ), differing in the number of measuring channels and the characteristics of the transducers used.
Features of the heat meter TS.TMK-N
- Possibility of connecting up to 6 flow transducers (electromagnetic, vortex, ultrasonic) or water meters (communication line range up to 300 m);
- Possibility of connecting up to 8 resistance thermal converters with characteristics of 100 Ohm or 500 Ohm (communication line range up to 300 m);
- Possibility of connecting up to 6 pressure transducers with a unified output signal direct current 0-5, 0-20, 4-20 mA (communication line range up to 300 m);
- Provides measurement of coolant parameters for each of four possible heat exchange circuits;
- Availability of a version with autonomous power supply (complete with heat calculator TMK-N12(13);
- Possibility of combining into an information network for transmission and remote recording of archival and current data;
- Interverification interval is 4 years;
- Ease of installation and operation;
- Affordable price.
Capabilities of the heat meter TS.TMK-N
The heat meter registers in electronic archive hourly, daily and monthly parameters: mass (volume), temperature, pressure, thermal energy, emergency situations, date, time of day and trouble-free operation time for each measuring channel. Current and archived parameters can be displayed either on the LCD indicator, or, through interfaces - to a reader, printer, to a personal computer directly or via a communication line. The depth of the archive and the parameters of the archive data are determined by the technical capabilities of the computer used.
terms of Use

* The operating range is taken to be the range of converter flow rates in which the relative error does not exceed± 2%.
**γ PD – error limits of the pressure transducers used (but not more than± 1%);
γ TV – error limits of pressure measurements by the calculator used;
t – coolant temperature;
Δ t – temperature difference between pipelines of one heat exchange circuit.
The error in measuring temperature is absolute, pressure - given for other indicators - is relative.

* At the warehouse in Moscow we have universal multi-channel heat energy meters TS.TMK-N (heat meters) in standard (basic) design and configuration; in the absence of special designs and options, the planned production period will be 15-20 working days, or inexpensive analogues available in stock can be offered.
All prices for universal multichannel heat meters (TSUM) TS.TMK-N are indicated in rubles (see general price list) excluding VAT, additional cost. options and equipment, KMCH, packaging, shipping and/or delivery costs, based on a small wholesale order (for large wholesale quantities and for project orders, the price is formed individually, based on the volume of the batch, agreements reached and the address of the facility).
ATTENTION! Be careful when choosing a supplier - on the Russian heat metering market there are cheap, low-quality copies of heat meters: analogues, fakes and illiquid goods, lacking proper service, guarantees, with shorter or expiring verification periods, not included in the database, without additional options, installation and connecting parts; therefore, perhaps even having a lower price.
