Question: The KKM check for sending SMS to UT-11.3+Shtrikh-M-01F does not work

Technical introductory: 1C:Enterprise 8.3 (8.3.10.2772) + Trade Management, edition 11 (11.4.5.143) + Shtrikh-M-01F on the latest driver 4.14.721 dated 11/07/2018, FN works in mode 1.05.

In the Retail Sales settings, the checkbox is set to send via Email and SMS; the checkbox to not print a paper receipt is not checked, but when unchecked, nothing changes.

The problem was noticed in the check breaking mode on Non-cash payments from individuals and only on SMS, if you select Email, then the check goes through without problems, but this Email is not always known and you have to somehow constantly distort it. We haven’t tried it in other modes now (not needed yet), we tried it before in the FN 1.0 format in the KKM check mode, everything worked great.

Setting up the fiscal registrar Shtrikh-M (using the example of KKM Shtrikh-LIGHT FR-K)

A short guide to setting up and connecting the Shtrikh-M fiscal recorder.

First, you need to install the Shtrikh-M 4.0 driver (the required version can be downloaded). If you have a USB-RS232 cable (serial COM port, most often a DB-9 connector), you will need to install the driver from the set of disks included with this cable.

3. Select the COM ports to which the cash register is connected. Pores COM 1 - COM 8 can be used for connection.
4. Right-click on the selected port and enter “Port Properties”.
5. Go to the “Port Parameters” tab, set the parameters (speed - 4800 bps).

At this point, the device is considered connected to the PC.
