Now it is worth saying a few words about the choice of components for a PC (with air cooling), since even the most soundproof case in the world is unlikely to save you from increased sound pressure if the video card or processor cooling system roars inside it.

If possible, it is better to choose modern components made according to more subtle technological standards. In this case, their energy consumption and, accordingly, heat dissipation will be less. All this means that the fan speed can be reduced, which will lead to an even greater reduction in noise levels.
